There are three Court Buildings in Tezpur Judicial Headquarter. Out of three Court buildings, the RCC Court Building is of District and Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur, accommodating the Courts and Offices of District and Sessions Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, No. 2, Civil Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge, Munsiff No. 1 & Munsiff No. 2. The old heritage Court Building is of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonitpur, Tezpur, accommodating the Courts and Offices of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S) and other Judicial Magistrates and the Assam Type Court building, situated at the very front of the main gate is the court of the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur, Tezpur.
